Caseworkers-

Stuart Kerr

Stuart is a director and founding member of the company. He is a practising barrister, a role that he continues to perform on behalf of company clients, mainly in the London area. Stuart is the head of the Advocacy department, managing all appeals to the Immigration Tribunal as well as judicial review applications to the Administrative Court.

Stuart is also the head of all commercial law matters, including all tiers of the Points Based System.

Historically, Stuart has also been involved in human rights work both in the United Kingdom and internationally. He has undertaken trial observation missions on behalf of the International Commission of Jurists and Advocats Sans Frontieres, missions on behalf the Council of Europe to train the judiciary in Turkey, Kosovo and at the War Crimes Tribunal in Sarajevo. Stuart has also worked in partnership with leading international NGOs, providing human rights training in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, making representations at UNHCHR meetings, while also assisting in litigation at the European Court of Human Rights.

Scott Harris

Scott is a director and founding member of the company. He has been a practising solicitor since 2005 and been an immigration lawyer since 1997.

Scott is responsible for the day to running of the company, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service from when they initially instruct the company until their matter concludes.

Scott is the head of all non-commercial immigration matters with particular expertise in EU law, family based immigration matters and nationality law.

Natasha J-Gobin

Natasha joined the company in June 2013 and is now a senior caseworker. Natasha was formerly registered at OISC level three, before the company switched to SRA regulation and has achieved Law Society Accreditation for Immigration and Asylum law.

Natasha is an expert in family based immigration law, Asylum, EU free movement rights and nationality law. Natasha has great all round knowledge in all areas of immigration law and has developed a wide ranging practice within the company.

Charlotte Moon

Charlotte is a senior caseworker and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Charlotte is currently training to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer and specialises in Family Law, EU law, Family-based immigration applications and Nationality Law.

Furthermore, Charlotte has detailed knowledge in all areas of Family and Immigration Law and has developed a wide-ranging practice within the company.

Managerial department- 

Sharon Bissell is the company’s Accounts Manager and is responsible for ensuring that matters run smoothly in terms of the finances as well ensuring all finances meet the SRA regulations.

Administrative department-

Whilst each client will be represented by one of our lawyers, they are ably assisted by our fantastic team of support staff.

Jazmin Scott is the company’s legal secretary who is responsible for liaising directly with our clients and ensuring that the fee earners are able to work efficiently.
